Airport Transfers include: Complimentary flight tracking, so even if your flight is delayed, your driver will be there when you land. Complimentary wait time, allowing you to collect your luggage and make your way to the Limo Section. Passengers arriving on domestic flights will have a thirty (30) minute grace period from the Federal Aviation Administration’s recorded wheels-down time; Passengers arriving on international flights will have a forty-five (45) minute grace period. We always try to arrive 15 minutes early in case we run into traffic at no additional charge.

Exclusions

For service between the hours of 12:00 am and 5:00 am please add an additional $25.00 There is a $20.00 charge for all international arrivals. Airport greeter service is available for baggage greets at Logan Airport for an additional $45.00 Child safety seats are available upon request for an additional $30 each. All applicable additional charges will be itemized on your receipt. Stop time, Wait time, Holiday surcharges, Tolls, Taxes, Parking, and a 7% fuel surcharge. The Voucher amount will be deducted from your total bill Rides that take place on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day will be subject to a holiday surcharge of $25.00 or 25%, whichever is greater, applied to the base fare, stop and wait time. All concerts and sporting events have a two hour minimum per segment of service and are billed as hourly, no transfers. Starting Memorial Day, all trips to vacation destinations will be billed hourly from Friday through Sunday due to heavier traffic patterns. All published rates are subject to change without notice.

Additional info

Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability Elite Limo shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to, weather, road conditions and breakdowns. Elite Limo assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or any items left in the vehicle. In the event Elite Limo is unable to provide one of its employee drivers for your ride, Elite Limo may contract with a qualified affiliated company to provide the service. In that event, a referral fee will be charged in lieu of a service charge. In such instances, Elite Limo will strive to ensure that the driver receives appropriate compensation for providing the service. Certain vehicles and/or special event reservations require a signed contract. Contracts must be signed by an adult over the age of 21; proof of age is required (i.e. valid driver’s license or passport). Depending on the logistics of the reservation, either a 50% non-refundable deposit or non-refundable payment in full is due at the time the reservation is booked. Event Services (Limousines, Vans, Minibuses, Motor Coaches): All Event Services will be billed at the prevailing Elite Limo hourly rate. Customers are billed from the time personnel and/or vehicles leave the Elite Limo facility until the time it returns to the Elite Limo facility. All reservations that are billed on an hourly basis will be billed a minimum of thirty minutes travel time each way plus the time the passenger is in the vehicle. Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour. a Credit Card is required on all New Reservations.Other Methods of Payment: Cash, Barter, Direct Bill, Bitcoin or *Uber – *Only available in Boston and subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are based on pickup location and the time the reservation is cancelled. Minimum notice periods (time before the scheduled pickup time) are as follows.

Manhattan: 30 minutes (1/2 hour)
NYC Boroughs and Airports: 60 minutes (1 hour)
Rest of United States: 180 minutes (3 hours)
Cancellations that occur without the required notice will result in a charge based on the pickup location (details below).

Manhattan (Sedan): $35 + tax + applicable wait time and car seat fees
Manhattan (SUV): $68 + tax + applicable wait time and car seat fees
NYC Boroughs and Airports: Full fare up to $78 + applicable tax, wait time, tolls, parking, meet and greet, and car seat fees

Rest of United States: Full fare + applicable wait time, tolls, parking, meet and greet, and car seat fees

Any change to a reservation that occurs without the minimum notice period set forth above will be deemed to be a cancellation of the original reservation and will result in the imposition of the applicable cancellation fee.

Elite Limo Boston reserves the right to charge the entire fare in advance at the time the reservation is made. In the event of a cancellation, Elite Limo Boston reserves the right to withhold that portion of the fare not charged as a cancellation fee for a period of up to 60 days following the date of the scheduled service date.

The cancellation and other fees set forth above also apply in the event the passenger is not available for his/her scheduled pick-up.

Waiting time

Wait Time Policy
Grace periods are determined by the pickup location and start at the scheduled pickup time. If the grace period finishes and you or the passenger has not arrived, you will be charged $1/minute in wait time fees.

Airport*/Cruise Terminal Pickup Domestic Flight/Cruise Terminal: 30 Minutes International Flight: 60 Minutes
Non-Airport Pick-up: 10 Minutes

*Flights can be especially unpredictable. We ask for flight information to track flights and help you avoid wait time fees. You have the option to disable the flight tracker and select an exact pickup time, however we advise against this. If you disable the tracker you may incur unnecessary wait time fees or the passenger may be kept waiting if the plane doesn’t land when expected.

When the grace period has passed, we will attempt to contact you and the passenger several times. If we haven’t heard from you or you or the passenger we will cancel the ride 60 minutes after the grace period has ended. If you or the passenger does not show up, you will be charged the wait time incurred plus any other applicable charges. If you need to extend the wait time for your customer, no problem – just give us a call.

All modifications that are mutually agreed upon in writing or communicated and confirmed at the time of reservation will supersede the following. Concerts and Sporting events

All concerts and sporting events have a two hour minimum per segment of service and are billed as hourly, no transfers.

Gilette Stadium has strict rules for Pick up and drop off’s during concerts / events. THEY DO NOT ALLOW US TO DROP CLIENTS OFF, WE MUST PARK THE VEHICLE IN THE LIMO PARKING LOT OR IN A REGULAR PARKING LOT.

Because of this rule we are unable to do 1 way transfers to Gillette.

Limo Section Parking is $150 cash
Regular Parking is $40

* We can drop you off at the Mcdonalds for free but its about 1 mile away.

Toll Policy

If you or the passenger is travelling in the New York Metro area, tolls are calculated using the best/fastest route determined by our system. If a toll route was not taken during the ride, then you will not be charged for the toll. You are also responsible for roundtrip tolls of the driver, both to and from the passenger pick-up and drop-off locations, if the trip is between New York and New Jersey. This is a TLC regulation. Below are a few sample rates.

JFK to Manhattan: $7.50
LGA to Manhattan: $7.50
EWR to Manhattan (West of 5th, Above 96th): $15.15

Outside of the New York Metro area, tolls are charged at the completion of the ride and they are charged based on the actual route taken at the local toll rate. They are only incurred by the passenger on the one way route to the drop-off location. Tolls are subject to changes set forth by the toll authorities and may be adjusted without notice.
